Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in California is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs in clients' homes or community settings, providing 1:1 therapy under supervision. The role requires RBT certification preferred, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years of experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement ABA driven programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
