Seco Warwick is seeking a results-driven professional to proactively pursue aftermarket business, identify customer needs from parts and service requirements, and strive for 100% satisfaction while growing revenue.

The role involves quoting, ordering, coordinating with suppliers, and using ERP and CRM systems; strong communication, tech aptitude (AutoCAD, Dynamics), and field travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years selling capital goods or related customer-service experience.
• Associate’s degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills; ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and identify customer parts and service requirements from drawings and manuals.
• Prepare product quotes including cost estimating and pricing based on schedules.
• Process orders in ERP and manage production scheduling and invoicing.
• Source materials and check availability; enter purchase requisitions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to meet customer and company goals.
• Notify customers of shipments and assist with spare parts recommendations.
