Virnig Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to be a key contact for the dealer network and end users, combining customer service, product knowledge, and proactive inside sales to grow aftermarket parts revenue and minimize downtime.

You will quote, process orders, support product teams, and work with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Shipping to deliver accurate, timely solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or college coursework in business, sales, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years in inside sales, parts sales, or customer service.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealer network.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up quotes, identify parts needs, and drive repeat business.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and recommend value products.
• Follow up on quotes to improve quote-to-order conversion.
• Provide knowledgeable, responsive customer support by phone and email.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping to fulfill orders.
