Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused specialist in Deer Park to act as the primary contact for spare parts inquiries, quotations, and order status.

You will collaborate with aftermarket teams to provide parts, kits, and upgrades while maintaining strong customer relationships. Role emphasizes accurate pricing, timely quotations, and cross‑department coordination to ensure on‑time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, spare parts sales, or order management.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial equipment or aftermarket environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for spare parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Guide replacement parts, kits, upgrades, and aftermarket solutions.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to promote parts kits and aftermarket offerings.
• Process purchase orders and maintain records in Syteline and Salesforce.
• Research part numbers using drawings, BOMs, and ERP data; prepare quotations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Engineering, Quality on status.
• Ensure on-time shipment through proactive follow-up and realistic delivery commitments.
• Manage shipping records, labels, and documentation; support RMA activities.
