Job summary

ProMach, including Rennco, is seeking a Customer Services Representative to support our aftermarket business. You will manage inquiries, quotations, and orders while proactively driving parts and service sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to handle inquiries and orders
• Comfort with upselling and cross-selling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Responsibilities

• Enter daily parts orders and non-stock item travelers
• Reply to RFQ opportunities and manage quotes
• Drive revenue through proactive parts/service quotations
• Maintain customer contact information and build relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment uptime and aftermarket sales
• Provide accurate pricing quotations and order confirmations
• Collaborate with Materials, Engineering and Service teams
• Support marketing programs and promotions to drive parts sales
• Manage multiple priorities and provide order status updates
