Pacific Press Holdings is seeking an Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative in Mount Carmel, IL to grow aftermarket revenue and build long-term customer relationships. You will be the primary contact for replacement parts and coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing and capital equipment experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Hydraulic presses and press brakes knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow aftermarket revenue through exceptional customer service.
• Serve as primary contact for aftermarket products and services.
• Follow up on quotes until closed and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and forecast pipeline.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure customer success.
• Generate leads for new machine opportunities and transition to Sales.
