You’ll use a full aftermarket solutions suite, receive hands-on training, and enjoy uncapped commissions, a vehicle reimbursement program, and CRM-driven workflows designed to minimize admin work.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, plus 2+ years in compressed air equipment sales OR 6+ years in industrial sales.
• Proven ability to prospect and close deals, with 75% of your time spent in the field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to deliver utility air solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, with disciplined time management.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Drive outside sales, handling all aspects from lead generation to closing deals.
• Establish and nurture business relationships with key accounts.
• Showcase our cutting-edge product suite to pivotal departments like maintenance, engineering, and purchasing.
