Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago is seeking a Program Instructor for the Little Village Club in Chicago, IL. This part-time position supports academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character through after-school and summer programs.

The role involves preparing and supervising youth, implementing activities, and maintaining records in a safe club setting. Minimum high school diploma with 1–2 years youth development experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of youth development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Ability to plan and implement quality learning programs for youth.
• Ability to supervise members in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare youth for success by fostering learning and development.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and activities.
• Develop weekly and monthly program plans.
• Maintain attendance and participation records.
• Supervise volunteers and program assistants.
• Ensure safety and a productive club environment.
