Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware seeks a Jr. Youth Development Professional to assist in operating a quality school-age childcare program that complies with current Delacare rules for school-age centers.

Under the supervision of the Up Next Program Director and Club Director, you will help deliver age-appropriate programs for children ages 6–12. To qualify, candidates must be over 16, able to work 4-5 days per week, and actively pursuing a High School or College education or skilled trade program.

Competenze

• Sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Work permits are required for ALL employed minors under 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Assist in the operation of a quality school-age childcare program.
• Help deliver age-appropriate programs and activities for children ages 6–12.
• Support the program director and adhere to Delacare rules for school-age centers.
• Present yourself as a positive role model and follow organizational policies.
