Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a School Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at Virginia Palmer Elementary School. You will ensure high-quality programs align with Club standards and support youth development outcomes, with leadership of staff and volunteers.

You will recruit families, build community partnerships, and ensure a safe, engaging club environment, while managing compliance, resources, and program quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to generate and present data/reports promptly.
• Capable of handling confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations at Virginia Palmer Elementary location.
• Deliver high-quality programs aligned with Club standards and youth outcomes.
• Provide leadership to staff and volunteers; support onboarding and performance development.
• Recruit and register new members and families; promote ongoing participation.
• Maintain safe clubhouse environment and strong community partnerships.
