Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Laguna Beach is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead daily Club operations, ensure a safe and engaging environment for youth K-6 and oversee lunchtime and after-school programming. You will promote a welcoming atmosphere, supervise staff, and coordinate activities in alignment with the organization's safety and program standards.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Saddleback Area Director, the Site Director leads and manages daily Club operations to ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for youth.
• Overseeing and coordinating both lunchtime and after school programming for Club members K-6 th Grade
• Ensuring member safety is the highest priority. The Site Director upholds the Boys & Girls Clubs' safety standards and creates an environment where youth feel secure, supported, and empowered.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and lockdown systems with the Risk Management Director and Area Director.
