Job summary

The Site Coordinator for the After-School Program at Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois oversees a team to deliver high-quality youth programming on-site. This role creates a safe, supportive environment and builds strong relationships with families, school personnel, and community partners.

You will lead program implementation, staff development, and ensure alignment with the club's mission and values while promoting character development, educational engagement, and post‑secondary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Experience working with youth and in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Non-profit or community program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver safe, engaging after-school programming.
• Ensure age-appropriate activities and adherence to policies.
• Maintain safe staff-to-member ratios and supportive supervision.
