Johnstown YMCA is seeking an After School Program Leader to support school-age programming in the Johnstown, CO area. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities before and after school, with opportunities to grow into leadership positions within the YMCA of Northern Colorado.

You will help kids with homework, participate in games and crafts, and uphold the core values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or able to obtain before start date.
• Able to communicate effectively with youth, parents, and staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist with planning and leading safe, engaging activities before and after school.
• Supervise children in large and small groups and model YMCA core values (respect, responsibility, honesty, caring).
• Attend staff meetings and trainings, follow safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
