Job summary

YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Program Leaders to support our school-age programs. You will help children with crafts and homework, lead activities, and model core values: respect, responsibility, honesty and caring.

Roles include before/after school shifts with potential full-time in summer, must be 18+, and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid. Bilingual staff receive a +10% differential. Join a team dedicated to safe, engaging programming.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• 455 hours of experience with school-age children
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise children in activities and games
• Adhere to program standards including safety and cleanliness
• Provide leadership and support to Program Aides and Volunteers
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with staff, parents, and participants
