Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Cleveland is hiring for After School Youth Program Staff at the Broadway Club, 2 pm - 6 pm, 20 hours/week.

You will work with youth in supervised, fun and safe environments; plan activities, track participation, and assist with membership recruitment. Starting pay is $17 per hour; this is a part-time position with paid holidays and PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement appropriate program activities.
• Track, promote and encourage program participation; assist with membership recruitment.
• Provide guidance and be a Role Model.
