Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW at our Broadway Club in Cleveland, OH. We are seeking Youth Development Professionals to assist with after-school programming and create a safe, engaging environment for local youth.

Positions are part-time, approx 2 pm–6 pm (20 hours/week) with starting pay $17 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
