Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking an After School Youth Program Staff at the Broadway Club in Cleveland.

The role involves planning and implementing engaging activities for youth, promoting participation, and serving as a positive role model in a supervised, safe setting.

This part-time position runs Monday–Friday, 2 pm–6 pm (about 20 hours/week) with starting pay of $17 per hour, paid holidays, PTO, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
