Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio in Barberton, OH is hiring Youth Development Professionals for the Barberton Club. This after‑school program role supports a fun, safe educational environment and helps with participation and recruitment.

Position is part-time, Monday‑Friday, about 2 pm to 6 pm, 20 hours per week, with starting pay of $17 per hour. Paid holidays and PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
