Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking an After School Youth Program Staff at the Broadway Club in Cleveland. The role focuses on guiding youth in supervised, engaging activities after school, with a commitment to safety and learning.

Part-time position, Monday to Friday, approximately 2 pm–6 pm (20 hours/week). Starting pay is $17 per hour, with paid holidays, PTO, training, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
