Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring After School Youth Program Staff for the FDR Club in Cleveland. The role supports after-school programming, helping create a fun, safe environment for local youth, and providing guidance while promoting participation.

Positions are part-time (Mon-Fri), roughly 2:00–6:00 PM, about 20 hours weekly, with starting pay at $17 per hour. Background checks and a drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with after-school programming at the Club.
• Plan and implement appropriate program activities.
• Promote and encourage program participation and membership recruitment.
