Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking After School Youth Program Staff at the FDR Club in Cleveland. The role supports after-school programming for local youth, working in supervised, safe environments and serving as a role model.

Positions are part-time (2 pm–6 pm, 20 hours/week) with starting pay at $17/hour, paid holidays and PTO, and paid training with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Assist with after-school programming at the Clubs.
• Plan and implement program activities.
• Promote participation and assist with membership recruitment.
