Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to guide and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to support their children's education and contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

The role requires strong customer service, English communication, and a CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy; state trainer status is a plus, with 2–3 years ECE experience and a degree in Early Childhood

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children/parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
