Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong organizational abilities.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required/in progress.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
