Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for a classroom leadership role in Massachusetts. You will lead, coach, and mentor teachers, implement the center’s curriculum with fidelity, and create a safe, engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

You’ll partner with families to support development and contribute to enrollment and accreditation efforts. The role requires 2–3 years of ECE experience, a CDA or state-candidate, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, along

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom
• Implement curriculum aligned with children’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Partner with parents to support child development
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
