Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Teacher to lead and mentor fellow educators, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn through play.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, helping to deliver high-quality care across our nationwide network and foster confident, curious learners every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English language proficiency to communicate with children and parents.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
