Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred.
• Experience with program coordination, implementation and supervision desirable.
• Proficiency with common office software (Google/Microsoft) required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement student lessons in reading/writing, mathematics, and character education.
• Develop strong relationships with students and foster positive classroom climate.
• Establish high expectations and structured routines to maximize engagement and minimize off-task behavior.
• Collaborate with building Administrators to ensure effective communication.
• Oversee attendance and discipline during program hours and monitor student progress.
• Assist with recruiting students and communicating with parents.
