Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education preferred.
• Experience with program coordination, implementation and supervision.
• Experience developing and implementing a budget.
• Basic knowledge of publication layout and design is a plus.
• Act 34/151, FBI clearances and drug screening (self-paid).
• Letter of Interest, Resume and application via the district website.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement student lessons in reading/writing, mathematics, and character education.
• Deliver targeted and intensive instruction with a structured routine.
• Establish high expectations and classroom routines to maximize engagement.
• Work with building Administrators for effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee attendance and discipline during program hours.
• Recruit students and maintain parental communication.
