This position provides instructional support for Grades 1-8 in the After School Program. Reporting to the After School Program Director, employees will be expected to work collaboratively and effectively with the After School Program Site Coordinator, as well as with all BOP staff.
An SDCY BOP After School Support Staff is expected to be present each day, demonstrate appropriate professional decorum, promote an atmosphere conducive to learning, exhibit a customer‑service mindset, manage deadlines, and maintain discipline with energy, integrity, creativity, and drive.
An SDCY BOP Support Staff is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of student lessons in reading/writing, mathematics, and character education in accordance with the School District of the City of York’s policies and the SDCY BOP After School Program goals.
