Right At School is seeking a Substitute Educator in Havertown, PA to support before/after school programs. You will lead activities, ensure safe, engaging experiences, and communicate with families and school staff to advance learning.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and commitment to healthy living, with shift schedules Monday–Friday and up to 21.67 hours per week. Training provided and program-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience with children under 13 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
• Commitment to safe, engaging learning environments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily program meetings to review goals and updates and promote teamwork.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with curriculum.
• Lead by example with safe, nurturing behavior and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents as required.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.

Educación

HS Diploma / GED + 30 college credits in ECE / human services

First Aid & CPR (in-person)

TB test cleared

18+ years of age

HS Diploma / GED + 2 years experience
