Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator to run before/after school programs for local districts in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities and fostering a love of learning, with scheduled morning and afternoon shifts.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and up to 20.83 hours weekly. Ideal candidates have child-care experience and strong teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Commitment to inspiring a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum for educational and enjoyable experiences.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance and classroom management.
• Monitor safety, address hazards, and document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
