Qualifications

• Meets Pennsylvania state requirements for the role.
• One year of experience with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and progress in team meetings.
• Prepare and lead activities aligned with program objectives.
• Model positive guidance and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Monitor safety and attendance, document incidents as needed.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, staff, and school personnel.

600+ hours of secondary training
