Job summary

Right At School in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an Educator to join our before/after school program. The role involves delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities and curricula for children, with a focus on safe, supportive learning experiences.

The position offers a part-time schedule (up to 22.5 hours per week) with shifts mornings and afternoons. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with children under 13 and be able to lift 25 pounds.

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, share ideas, progress, teamwork and accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare activities and curriculum, lead fitness, activities, and curriculum.

• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
