Right At School in Pennsylvania seeks an Educator to support before- and after-school programs, delivering activities and curricula that are educational and enjoyable. You will mentor children, ensure safety, and help foster a love of learning in a welcoming setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and meet PA requirements (HS diploma or GED with 30 college credits in related fields).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old.
• Meet PA state requirements for educators (HS diploma or GED with related credits).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and supervise activities safely.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Facilitate structured daily fitness, activities, and educational experiences.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Document attendance and incidents as required by program protocols.
