Job summary

Right At School in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs for children up to age 13. You will plan activities, deliver engaging curriculum, supervise safely, and model positive guidance that inspires a love of learning.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of child experience, strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. This part-time role offers weekday hours and a rewarding environment with benefits and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and progress with the team.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum and age-appropriate fitness.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Communication: engage children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
