Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator in Pennsylvania to support before- and after-school programs. You will plan and lead daily activities, ensure a safe and engaging environment, and work with a team to meet enrichment goals.

The role emphasizes creating fun, educational experiences for children while upholding health and safety standards in school settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday with two shifts, up to 23.75 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to meet state requirements for Pennsylvania positions.
• Comfort with organizing daily activities and curriculum aligned to program goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize daily activities and curriculum for school-age children.
• Facilitate structured activities, fitness, and enrichment in a safe setting.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to support goals.
• Maintain safety, attendance, and incident documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
