Strategic Kids is hiring a part-time Teacher Aide in Irvine, CA. The role supports K-12 students with disabilities in classrooms, providing 1:1 and small-group assistance to foster academic, social, and emotional growth.

You will work with teachers to manage activities, reinforce positive behaviors, and adapt to diverse student needs in a supportive environment. Opportunities for growth exist within youth and education programs.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience with children.
• Excellent communication, patience, and positive reinforcement abilities.
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and remain composed under pressure.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom management and activities.
