Job summary

Strategic Kids LLC in San Diego is hiring part-time Special Education Teacher Aides to support K–5 students with disabilities in Central San Diego. You’ll provide tailored academic, social, and emotional growth support within our inclusive education programs.

You will work 1–3 students, maintain student safety, assist with assignments and study skills, use positive behavior strategies, and collaborate with staff and families to implement individualized support plans.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more experience with children with special needs.
• Strong communication, patience, and positive reinforcement skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and maintain composure under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; education students encouraged to apply.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to 1–3 students with special education needs.
