Strategic Kids LLC in San Diego is hiring part-time Special Education Teacher Aides to support K–5 students with disabilities in Central San Diego. You’ll provide tailored academic, social, and emotional growth support within our inclusive education programs.
You will work 1–3 students, maintain student safety, assist with assignments and study skills, use positive behavior strategies, and collaborate with staff and families to implement individualized support plans.

Provide individualized support to 1–3 students with special education needs.
Ensure student safety and engagement in program activities.
Assist with assignments, study skills, and learning tools.
Use positive reinforcement and structured behavior management.
Collaborate with staff and families to implement student support plans.
At least 3 months of experience working with children with special needs
Strong communication, patience, and positive reinforcement skills.
Ability to adapt to varying student needs and maintain composure under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent (education students encouraged to apply).
Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed).
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, generally between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with flexibility to start as late as 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM.
Work on an as-needed basis, with up to 30 hours per week, depending on staffing and scheduling needs.
