Job summary

Adventures Plus is seeking a Site Coordinator to supervise staff and oversee program development at one site, including before/after school, non-school days, and summer programs. You will manage staffing, training, safety, and family engagement while ensuring compliance with DHS requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to adapt activities to meet diverse needs. Start ASAP with available benefits and collaborative teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate aptitude for working with school-age children.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 1 year (2080 hours) of supervisory experience; or equivalent combinations.
• First-aid/CPR and CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee site operations for at least one location.
• Ensure DHS requirements are met including staffing, training, reporting, health and safety measures.
• Train staff on site safety plans and policies, and lead monthly staff meetings.
• Engage with families and children to create a welcoming climate.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adapt activities to meet children's needs.
