Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Paraprofessional requirements per district—district varies by location.
• 1–2 years in ECE, with mentoring/leading staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–2 after-school sites and all site staff.
• Balance 40–60% admin/managerial duties with classroom mentoring.
• Attend Site Coordinator meetings with ELM/ELD and report on program performance.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and coordinate with school administration.
• Assist HR with interviewing, hiring and staff development.
