Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Experience working with middle school students in tutoring/intervention settings.
• Experience administering assessments and progress monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive Academic Intervention to middle school students in reading or math using district-provided curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress with designated assessments and progress-monitoring measures.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment and maintain appropriate instructional routines.
• Collaborate with 21st CCLC staff, teachers, and district personnel to support student growth.
• Maintain accurate student records and document program participation and progress.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adherence to district policies and confidentiality.
