Right At School in Addison, IL is seeking a Program Manager to lead before- and after-school enrichment programs for local districts. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and high-quality supervision of staff during morning and afternoon shifts.

You’ll coordinate daily activities, ensure licensing and documentation, train staff, and maintain strong communication with families and district partners. Start mid-July with training, then the school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience juggling competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations ensuring safety and joy, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with licensing standards.
• Support safety protocols and report on safety measures.
