Job summary

Right At School in Addison, IL seeks a Program Manager to oversee before/after school programs. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, maintain licensing standards, and manage attendance and records.

The position requires working all five days for both morning and afternoon shifts (6:45 AM–8:30 AM and 2:45 PM–6:00 PM). Starting mid-July for online training and in-person instruction in August, with the full schedule beginning at the start of the school year.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy, coach staff, and maintain site documentation and policies.
• Support safety protocols and submit proof of MMR.
• Maintain attendance procedures and daily program tasks.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum with a safe environment.
