Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as the second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Enforce rules and promote positive behavior.
• Coordinate indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Attend trainings on childcare, safety, and program management.
• Address challenging behavior with supervisors or parents as needed.
• Facilitate sign-up procedures to ensure attendance tracking.
• Create clubs (career readiness, cooking, anime, dance).
• Organize activities including homework help, games, arts and crafts.
