Job summary

Dramatic Education, Inc. is seeking a 21st Century Site Coordinator to oversee before- and after-school programming at William Frangus Elementary.

The role ensures grant fidelity, student engagement, and measurable outcomes while coordinating with teachers, staff, and community partners. The position involves implementing enrichment activities, managing attendance and data, supervising staff, and delivering quality academic support for students in grades K-8.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree or higher in education or related field preferred.
• 2 years child care experience required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to clear a level 2 background check.
• Director’s Credential or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site-level coordination, implementation, and administration of all academic and enrichment programming for youth ages 5 to 18, including program development and management aligned to 21st CCLC requirements.
• Deliver high-quality academic support and enrichment activities aligned with 21st CCLC goals and student achievement outcomes.
• Supervise program staff and students to maintain a safe and well-managed environment.
• Collaborate with school-day teachers and staff to align programming with student needs and progress.
• Manage attendance, data collection, and reporting using EZ Reports and grant requirements.
• Plan and coordinate Monday through Friday, including morning and afternoon sessions.
