Job summary

Right At School in Havertown is seeking a Program Manager to lead before- and after-school enrichment programs across local schools. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and effective family communication, with hours from 7:00am to 8:45am and 3:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You will coach staff, ensure licensing compliance, manage attendance, and partner with the Area Manager to implement program goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Ability to meet state requirements; First Aid/CPR and TB test as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by modeling professional standards for staff and maintaining procedures.
• Engage with families, clients, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Maintain attendance records and enrollment procedures per policy.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
