Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school enrichment programs, champion safety, and foster a positive learning environment for children. The role emphasizes family engagement, compliance, and daily activity execution within licensed settings.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and experience with children and special needs. Knowledge of child development and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework in child development or related field.
• Strong communication skills with adults and children (oral, written, visual).
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by coaching staff and maintaining safety protocols.
• Engage with families, client partners, peers, and children to maintain clear communication.
• Support safety protocols and well-being of participants.
• Maintain accurate records for student check-ins/check-outs and attendance procedures.
• Deliver daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
