Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Pennsylvania to lead before- and after-school programs, supervise site staff, ensure safety, and engage families while coordinating with the Area Manager to meet program goals.

The ideal candidate has experience managing priorities, strong communication, and a background in child development or related field. The role is Monday–Friday with shifts totaling up to 25 hours per week.

Formación

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs
• Coursework or training in child development
• Strong communication with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff
• Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn

BA or BS in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or the human services field and 1 year of experience

AD including 30 hrs in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or the human services field and 4 years of experience
