Job summary

Right At School in Ohio is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs with a focus on safe, engaging activities and strong family communication. The role includes morning and afternoon shifts totaling up to 25 hours per week, with a home-base but travel to various schools within the district.

You will ensure safety, coordinate staff, maintain records, and partner with families and area managers to implement program goals.

Qualifications

• Must meet Ohio licensing requirements for school-age child care.
• Pass required background checks and stay DCY compliant.
• 18 years or older with First Aid/CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
• Submit documentation for TB screening and immunizations (MMR) as required.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model professional standards, ensure safety and engage staff and families.
• Safety Assurance: consistently support safety protocols for participants.
• Effective Communication: engage families and partners, respond promptly during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records and attendance procedures.
• Daily Routine: run daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging setting.

Career Pathways Level 3 credential
