Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs across district sites in Ohio. This role focuses on safe, engaging activities, strong family communication, and staff coaching to uphold licensing standards.

Ideal candidates bring experience with children, development knowledge, and ability to manage competing priorities. Schedule includes split shifts; up to 25 hours weekly with a home base in the district.

Qualifications

• Must meet Ohio licensing requirements for school-age child care.
• Pass required background checks and maintain DCY compliance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.
• Complete TB screening and immunization including MMR as required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy standards; ensure staff follow procedures and licensing rules.
• Coach staff and address issues promptly to sustain team cohesion.
• Communicate transparently with families, partners, and students; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain attendance records and site documentation per company policy.
• Implement daily activities, fitness and curriculum in a safe environment.
